My complaint:
My parcel was sent on the 03/09/2023 from Cape Town to Mthatha until today I haven’t got my parcel. I called customer service i was given number of a person who happen to have my parcel.
I called this guy but to ask about my parcel he hang up the phone on me . I am not happy at all about your service because if Siya run out of time on friday what happened today because the time now is 13:40.
Suggested solution:
by delivering my parcel. period
