My complaint:
On the delivery time set I chosen 2pm-6pm and the agent called me 3 times continuously 12:48pm, 12:49pm and 12:50pm but i was in the toilet and when i came and saw i called back many times and no answer and he sent again link to set delivery for other day !!!!! Not acceptable for an agent to take this actions alone and to cal 3 times in 3 minutes and put in system not answering or not accessible !!!!! When I went to the Aramex Van in Dubai Marina and asked the man there advise to Call the Call centre 600 which no agent answering, only robot and closing line !!!! Unacceptable this service !!!
Suggested solution:
Same day delivery as I requested !!! And to answer when called !!!
