My complaint:
We placed our order on May 4th with a pick up time at at 7:57. When we got to the restaurant we were told the order was in process. The order came out at 8:35. No apology at all. We live 5 minutes away. When we got home the food was cold. There should have been two orders of fries, there was one and the container was about a half a cup. We totally understand that staffing is short every where but this is unexceptionable. The order number was 9601352603648000.
Suggested solution:
An apology would have gone a long way. The restaurant should decide what is acceptable.
