My complaint:
Order number 24883146802790401
Waited an extra 20 mins before calling in to cancel because I was about to be late for work.
First manager told me he couldn’t find the order and didn’t need to cancel anything, then came back and told me they they accidently lost it. Manager was extremely unprofessional and offered no resolution at all.
Suggested solution:
They didn't.
