My complaint:
Waited a long time for our food hamburger was very rare wanted medium, French fries was very white like we’re out in the and taken fast. About 20 minutes after we are out appetizers I saw the waitress go to the machine that takes orders she had no other customers but us. She had forgotten. to place our order. Was so hungry by that time I did not want to wait another 25 minutes for my food. Didn’t see her again until we got her attention to get our check. Did take some off the bill but I want to come and eat and enjoy my meal. Waiting over half a hour for a hamburger is ridiculous and not get it cool correctly in a waste of my money.We are senior citizens and only go out 1 time a month is robbery. Would like to go back because I have eaten a hamburger at the same restaurant and it was delicious that is why we went to that Applebee’s may not go back. There was only 3 other table in the restaurant.
Suggested solution:
Make sure the waitress turns orders in a timely manners. I hope other don't have to wait so long for their food. Manager should keep an eye out to see a customer is not was so long for their order
