My complaint:
I was 86th by the General Manager who told me that she had complaints from employees. I asked her what were the complaints and she could not tell me. I have friends that work there that I have known for a long time and I was told that one person a young man Named we will leave unsaid total them that I said something that offended him. I have never said anything negative to any employee in this place. I and one of my other friends that attend this store did compliment this same young person for the way he dressed and carry himself as a waiter. Both I and My Friend were leaders in the Military and respect and admire those trying to improve their lot in life and their profession, that was all. I have been going into this store for over 18years and, I have many friends and people I know that we meet there for business and for conversations. I have always said Please and Thank you. I have never in my life time been barred from attending anything. I am a Pillar in my community and business. I have employees and never have had a problem with employees but, have had conversations with them regarding doing things correctly which is what I require in my companies. I do not run Applebee’s employees and I do not say anything derogatory to any of the employees at Applebee’s. I have never had any problems with Applebee’s employees and Applebee’s customers in all of the 18 years I have been going to this store. I and most of my friends are in awe that this has transpired. The General Manager of this Store I have talked about wine and I have given her a couple of bottles of wine for here to try from my Cellars, since I am a wine collector and she like wine and I share with all those of same interest in subject. We had good conversations I was never lead to believe there was a problem. My Misses and I have brought in cookies and items she and her girl friends get together and bake. Most everyone of the people in this Applebee I believe were casual friends and we respected them. I am 70 years old and I am a Disabled Veteran I have serve my Country with Honor and, it is my Honor to have served. I get along with all clients that come into this Applebees and other Applebees I have spent time in, and have never had an argument or problem with anyone. I have gone into Applebee’s in Henderson Las Vegas during the summers for four years when I was getting my Master and Instructors license in Hypnotherapy, Time Line, Therapy, and NLP. I have attended Applebees off 120th and Grant many many times and have never had a problem. I believe I have been mistreated and wronged as a customer and patron.
Suggested solution:
I firmly believe the employee complaints should if they are real, have been mentioned to me by the manager or General Manager before anything such as 86ing me from their store. I assure you I have never said a bad thing about any employee or customer in this or any other Applebee's, it is just not my nature, I compliment people and that is why I am a great leader in business and my community. I associate with Mayors, Police and Fireman and Have friends in many Cities including Denver. I have trouble hearing and sometimes I as well as some of my other Veteran Friends get a little loud in our conversations but if someone lets us know we tone it down a bit. Sometimes we tend to have a few more drinks that we should and the bartender lets us know we thank them pay our bill and depart. I have on occasions felt the need to Call a Lyft or and Uber and have taken these home and returned in the Morning to pick up my Truck. My first wife was killed by a Drunk Driver and I would not do that to someone else.
I will tell you that over the last three years your Store has had its own problems that we are all aware of with Management and other items however, a lot of your customers left this store when Josephine the bar tender, I have know for over 15 years left to be closer to home, the customers I have talked to in other places we meet in for Lunch or Dinner have mentioned have expressed it to me they did not want to go back in this Applebee's after Joe left due to the way it was ran. I also have known a bar tender that works in this Store for over 15 years and she is exceptionally nice and a hard worker. I also know another bar tender for around a eight months and her boyfriend who are also exceptionally nice people.
Make no mistake people that know me are totally shocked by what has happened to myself at this Applebees, and alot will no longer go into this store.
