My complaint:
few month after buying a new mac book I noticed a minute treadlike crack on the screen. I was baffled because the laptop did not fall has bin covered throughout. I belive the ther is a problem with the design and this must be address. The repair cost of the machine is about the same as a new laptop which if you dont have apple care is shouldered by the owner.
Apple ordered me to take my computer to Tenplus with a note indicating it is covered under waranty. However, they have back off from that statement saying the damage is not covered by apple support.
Suggested solution:
I want apple to cover the damage on my computer because i belive the defect is a design problem.
