My complaint:
I was involved with reading hospital information on my cancer. A pop-up from Apple about macOS was placed in front of the information bar. I could not continue and attempt to erase the macOS notice. The hospital’s security has voided my access to the hospital portal. A pain to do.
I do not want to load macOS and I have the pop-ups numerous times every day. Apple should respect their customers and cease the Chinese Water method. It is really a pain in the_ _ _!
Suggested solution:
As noted, respect the customer and cease some of your methods. I bought the computer, so I should have the right to decide if I wanted to download a new “whatever.”
