My complaint:
Went there a week ago with a ear infection. Gave lady my insurance card she said what is this. I said Medicaid caresource. She said where you from . I told her Ohio. She threw up her hands no no no we don’t take out of state insurance. I said well AF did in Decatur Alabama with no problem. I said I called and was told they took it. She said we don’t take Ohio insurance..then the second lady chimed in . You need help drive to Decatur. We never have taken out of state insurance..I told her. I’m 64 years old with medical conditions she didn’t care . She told me to drive over 30 miles to Decatur.
Suggested solution:
Those two need fired for their rude arrogant behavior. Zero customer service skills. Treating an elderly person visiting their state like they are scum. I was appalled that the same company in Decatur was so welcoming and took very good care of me . Yet the town my son stays in ( Cullman) refused to help me with anything.
