My complaint:

I went to the urgent care due to being exposed to covid from friends we traveled with. I expressed that they both had covid and I did have mile symptoms at the time and felt sick. They would not test me for covid but as chest congestion. The following day i ended up be very sick and was tested for covid which I did have a positive result. My insurance paid them, and I contacted my insurance company and told them I felt like I did not receive a correct diagnosis. I also received a email how my visit was and explained how I felt like I was overlooked on the covid test. No one ever contacted me back. I feel they received enough from my insurance and I should not be responsible for the 50 dollar copay. My account is 243992. Thank You, Kim
