My complaint:
First flight was delays from 1146 am to 1:05 pm. Then it actually did not take off until 1:30 pm. Luggage did not make connection flight. Did claim on app. Can’t get any update on luggage using the file code or luggage number. Tried calling automated system does not find any data for file number send me to a representative. that line says they are busy and to try later and disconnects. Have been trying all morning
