My complaint:
I am a very long customer of amber leaf and I know the tabacco very well and I just purchased 2 pouches of your amber leaf and one pouch is all black from the inside as if it was nearly burnt or miss treated witch is unacceptable as they refuse to replace it at the shop witch I bought it. I hope you take this complaint seriously and I would like to know how you intend to help me.

Sending a gift package to make me feel safe to keep smoking your tabacco.
