My complaint:
I have baught a 50g packet of tobacco and there is a lot of wood chippings in it. It also smellls off, my last few packets of tabacco have also been the same. I have been using your products for a long time so I’m not sure what’s going on but the last few packets haven’t been smokeable due to the wood in my tobacco. Please could this be resolved please thanks
Suggested solution:
Either a voucher to replace my dodgy packets of tobacco or a gift box sent to my address
