My complaint:

I live on my own I’m a single dad and I don’t get much money to live on . I went and got my shopping for me and my son and on my way home I stop in to my corner locel shop to get my Tabaco, I pay €20 every week for years now and never had a problem. But I paid €20 and what I got was shocking. It was half of what I should of got I will take photos of it and I have the man I bought it of to say yes I’m right, I mad my complaints about it to him and some other people.

They told me to get on to johnplere and son,s I still have it I was that shocked I didn’t Thuch it . As I said I live on my own and have my son on weekends. I would really like someone to get back to me about this like I said I didn’t go mere it I opened it and that was it I brought it back to the shop and they told me to get on to yous about. I don’t want to go to get free legal aid about it I would just like yous to be kind enough to give me my money back and I’ll give the tabaco back or please let me send you some photos of it. My name is mark Dillon and I’m a liyel customer for yesars and neve had this problem

Suggested solution:

I think they should give me my money back as I’m a literally a customer of there’s for 20 years and never had to do this . But times are hard for a single father. I can send it back I just opened it and when I seen what was in it I new it was a mistake. There is no way you could pay €20 for what I got . If that was the case I would have to buy that stuff off the street and I don’t want to do that. So please could you get someone to get back to me .
