My complaint:
Hi the last 3 packs I’ve bought 50g have been unacceptable 2 have had huge sticks and big tar bits and today I found string in it. It’s highly unacceptable as I’ve smoked your tobacco since I was at university and now I’m 40
Suggested solution:
By offering me some sort of compensation and please start being strict on your quality control or I'll have to look in to other brands
