My complaint:
I ordered 4 hard drives and only 1 hard drive show up in the package.
contacted their customer service several times which no help.
The problem is the status showed delivered but I don’t have all my items
The help desk agent claimed they sent the incident report several times which I never received. but I sure did receive their customer survey right after I talked to the helpless desk agent.
Suggested solution:
They should track it down and fix the goddam problem. Obviously, there are some thieves in their organization
