My complaint:

i ordered a fire tablet in Aug 2022, Paid it off Oct 21. They never sent the tablet. Kept calling and got the run around saying its not in stock, an internal error under investigation. they never gave me a ship date. so i needed item had to repurchase the tablet low and behold its in stock and i received it in a few hours only problem is i had to pay 64.00 more for the item and they wont credit me the 64.00. its not my fault they screwed up and never fixed the issue to ship the original one out. their cust service reps have no training they are rude.

Suggested solution:

give me a 64.00 credirt
