My complaint:
On Friday around 0315pm I got a notification stating that a delivery driver had appeared at my front gate. Upon opening the front gate I noticed that Amazon had left the package on the grass next to the gate. One problem with that. First time ever Amazon didn’t even bother to package the item in a box to protect it from the elements. Mind you it was raining…. Also they had attached the sticker to the front of the package. It was a x-mas gift for a 5 year old. I had to peel the sticker off leaving residual markings on the package. Several weeks prior I received a package with my contents missing.
Suggested solution:
They should take an interest to see how there workers are handling merchandise....
