My complaint:
I order a item which it said it will be delivered in Saturday if I ordered in the next 2 hours so I ordered in Friday and by Saturday the status is your order it hast not been shipped so I canceled and they send me a note whit we are not able to cancel your order now is 4 days after I put my order and nothing is been delivered
I call costumer service and the lady was rude and mean ..I take a little bit of time to get my order and she star ioning and put me on hold so I hang up
She call me back so I tell her she sounds tired plus that she was rude
I tell her to go to sleep and don’t call me back after the way she help me
Suggested solution:
You need not to post fake delivered days when they don't Goin to delivered your items in the they they compromised
You need more training in You fone service agents to guide you thrue cuestions
