My complaint:

I have been dealing with this issue since December 2022. I have intermittent time for my daughter I have been approved for 12 weeks 432 hours for the last 3 years at amazon. Now in december 2022 Arundhuti Roy from DLS has exhausted my intermittent time. Which was over on February 2023.

To make this short. It has been too many hands in my case they have exhausted my new case I put in on December 2022 until December 2023. I was told from a DLS worker they overlapped the two cases together. So at this point they don’t take in consequences that I have a child with seizures. They are quick to tell me you have no time left and we can’t do anything for you.

Suggested solution:

I would like for this issue to be fixed because my daughter has some upcoming appointments. I need my 12 weeks 432 hours, because my intermittent time I can take anytime for my daughter due to her epilepsyseizures, for her appointments, ER, bloodwork and etc.

They need to separate the two cases they overlap. My first case started 282022 and was over 282023 but was exhausted by DLS worker.

The new case started 1232022 and is over 1232023. I was told this case has exhausted as well OMG
