My complaint:
After I was wiped out of my 1400.00 stimulus check and 200.00 from my Benefits I receive monthly. I have a app on my cell for my Gov.isseued that tells me where and amount of charges. This happens Last year around May 8th 2021. While I was living in a Sober Living Facility for women . As a rule. We are not allowed to keep cash or any of our credit cards debit cards. Phones are also locked up . I don’t have access to my debit card unless I’m pulling my rent No access to internet .
OH BUT THIS IS THE KICKER I HAVE NEVER AND Don’t EVER INTEND ON HAVING A AMAZON ACCT IN THE FUTURE. ANYWAYS I talked to fraudulent Dept I guess . But was told since I did not have a Amazon Acct. That Amazon COULD NOT tell me a Address where All these packages went to . It would be a security BREACH. I said so y’all will let Anyone use a Debit card without a little bit more security questions. I’ve got 2 Police reports and will find a way to get my money . It was like 15 charges ranging from 11.00 to 375.00.
Suggested solution:
I think Amazon or the Gov issued card holder should make this situation good on both ends. Just know the older generation has to eat also. And then this happens I want Amazon to know because of this money . I am now having to live place to place because of companies like y\\\'all
