My complaint:

My last 2 purchases i have been double billed….they refunded one of the billings. The problem is i have a rollover account so when they do this they are causing the balance in my account to be off. Why are they doing this? And the orders have only been for one product each time so that is not the problem with multiple items being purchased.

Suggested solution:

They need to find out why they are suddenly double billing customers and fix the problem. It does not matter that they are turning around and crediting the one charge....they should not be double billing in the 1st place.
