My complaint:
I had placed an order for 1 day shipping. So I was expecting the package to come from Amazon driver. Well my package was transferred over to USPS who never delivered the package and then put in the details that they tried to deliver it but couldn’t get access to the front door. Which was not true. The reason I know that was because I was home the whole day waiting. Now I know that it was transferred but the representative who I spoke to should of done more than give me a $5 dollar credit for my inconvenience. This isn’t the first time this happens.
Suggested solution:
Type in their computers and they should call USPS when they are open and find out where my items are and then give me a courtesy call. Not just say that my package should be delivered today 6-7-2021. And if not then the items can be replaced or refunded.
