My complaint:
My account phone number is 3345597730. I bought the PlayStation5, Grand Theft Auto V blu-ray, and Red Dead Redemption 2 blu-ray on March 31. I can’t provide the order number because the account is blocked. I paid with my credit card in China and a gift card I bought myself. However, on April 1, Amazon blocked my account because it suspected that there was something wrong with my account. There is nothing wrong with my account, and I have provided proof materials when Amazon asked me to, but I still refuse to unlock my account. I think this is a violation of my rights, they have no reason to block my number and not deliver the goods, I think this is a kind of fraud, they say it is for security but actually want my money. Now I ask them to unblock my account and re-ship the goods.
