My complaint:
I am not satisfied with the amazon delivery service. They delivery to wrong apt 15J. Let me explain my building has a left side entrance and a right side entrance. My entrance is on the left apt 15J(Cooper) the right side has a 15J with etc Jones) Your drivers do not check name plate on door and just drop the item. On many occasions my items have been left unattended in the lobby for anyone to take. In fact theft of property has been reported in my are area due to the poor delivery common sense of Amazon drivers.
Suggested solution:
I do not want my deliveries with Amazon company. I prefer USPS, UPS or Fedex. I love doing business with Amazon , i do not want this end but it will if this problem is not fixed. I have been a amazon customer since 2010 and deliveries were made at that time by the above shipping companies. You use Amazon because it is cheaper for you to ship. Cheater is not always the best way. In fact your are losing money and my services if this continues.
