Amazon complaint: Non delivery of order

My complaint:

I placed an order on 10th April, never arrived, I deal with Amazon not Watson for nexgard and it is up to you to make sure I receive it,
never again!!!!!

Suggested solution:

Amazon fix it , not my problem
