My complaint:
Since April after at least 6 phone sessions my account has been frozen . It originally happened due to a disputed charge on our Amex card for which AMEX replaced the card. Three Amazon charges were not paid so Amazon froze this account. I have responded to emails 3 different times providing permission to charge the new Amex on this account for those transactions. Each time I am told that somebody from this special group will get back to me in a few days. Nobody ever gets back to me. The last time I was hung up upon.

Charge my account for the 3 charges and unfreeeze my login
