My complaint:
Amazon claiming to make prime music better for you and access to more songs….. utter rubbish! I now have access to the songs I want when I want …… never! What the hell is this skips limit? That’s not a choice, that’s being herded. All my song library is useless…., time to cancel my monthly prime payment…. It’s not like I got anything great…., I’m now not getting more than a fart in a sock!
Suggested solution:
Go back to the original system or keep the system and add more songs… utter robbery!
I thought I was the only one with this problem. They claimed to update but they made things worse. Like you said my library with my choice of songs and artists is no longer my choice.
When I only want to play a certain artist (only) they throw in “and similar artists “ also with songs and artists I never want to hear. Change should never be made without choice.
