AliExpress complaint: VAT fouble payment

My complaint:

After the Toll asked me to pay again VAT I send to Ali express the proof of invoice, payment of second VaT and Ali Express refuse it saying that the number does not match the invoice. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME that happen to me. If seems that Ali Express is in a mission to refuse any legitimate claim. Also i was informed by thd Pist office that the second VAT was claimed for bad filling of forms by ALI Express.

Suggested solution:

They are no diligent to check that the number thd post use for process is the international number and not the internal order nr from Ali Express. They just refused
