My complaint:
I purchased a product from one of their sellers. It came and was defective. I opened a case and went through their system. Their website clearly stated that seller was responsible for return postage. They MADE ME send the product back to China in order to get full refund. After almost 2 months they are giving me my money back and closing the case. BUT THEY REFUSE TO REFUND THE RETURN POSTAGE OF $47.90 which I had to pay to return the product in the first place. They just closed the case as final. Unbelievable.
Suggested solution:
They should honor what they post of the website. The refund should have included the additional $47.90 I HAD TO pay to send a DEFECTIVE product back.
