My complaint:
I was recommended by a friend to do shopping from AliExpress… It was my 1st order and there was a deal showing on front of app that will cost 4.98 USD for 3 items to purchase from given list… I put my shipping details and then go for checkout… I put my card details and clicked PAY button for order processing… Till last second it was showing the amount of 4.98 USD… When I clicked PAY button… I received payment message from my Bank which was 8.07 USD… AliExpress let sellers to manipulate customer with deal offering and when they see it worth and got trap in the order, they charge it extra… I contacted with 2 of AliExpress customer service but they failed to get my extra money back… They just closed my complain by saying that they’ve charged exact amount but I was shown wrong amount details to proceed…
Suggested solution:
They didn't resolved and it was one of worst ever shopping experience with AliExpress... I will never recommend anyone to do shopping from AliExpress... If there would zero star, I should've given that.
