My complaint:
I have made 4 orders of drones.
They were prohibited by the communication ministry,
I have contacted the seller to get technical certificate, instead je asked me to open a dispute.
Since then, aliexpress delayed the refund, and each time they update the dispute status that the package still in transit.
Recently i have received an update that the package were detained by the customs, and aliexpress don’t want refund me.
Suggested solution:
I want a full refund for my 4 orders
