My complaint:
I ordered a pair of boots for my father. The wrong boots were sent and not even the right size. As this was no fault of mine I asked for my money back. First the seller wanted me to send them back but as they came from china it was going to cost more than I paid for the boots? I made the point that this was not my mistake and they gave me a part refund. This is beyond a joke. I will never use these people again.
Suggested solution:
Give me my full refund. This was their mistake not mine.
