I post this message on Complain.biz and hope I find a solution
I bought this article (Order ID: 8145859004978960) at: 11:11 Feb. 04, 2022 from this store: Admirer Store.
The total amount (43.43 MAD) was subtracted from my bank account two times (1st problem) and the order status says Awaiting payment (2nd problem).
I sent the seller a message since some 5 days, but he didn’t answer (3rd problem).
I wanted to open a dispute but I didn’t find where, because to open a dispute in aliexpress your order should already paid (4th problem).
I sent an email to ”dispute@aliexpress.com, but they responded: Can’t send an email because the mailbox is full (552 mailbox is full) (5th problem).
Yes another problem, this email address is also not working complaint@aliexpress.com (laghable).
PLEASE ALL WHAT I WANT NOW, IS TO HAVE MY MONEY BACK !!!!!!!
Please take into consideration fixing your RIDICULOUS website because all your pages look like: Page under maintenance. We are working hard to fix this problem.
