AliExpress complaint: Haven’t received my package and the seller refused to refund

My complaint:

I bought a humidifier in Shop1100008057 Store on Aliexpress in Janurary, 2022. It said the item has been delivered on Jan. 27, but I didn’t received it yet. I can’t find the track information on UPS de website according to the track No., and I found the store was closed and the item was deleted. However, I also noticed that two reviews of the store also said they didn’t receive their package. So I have reason to believe that the seller is fraud. But Aliexpress refused to refund me.

Suggested solution:

Aliexpress should check my order carefully and refund me.
