My complaint:
Hello!
I would like to submit a complaint for the way Aliexpress handled my situation.
I ordered a wedding dress, I’ve payed 60 USD extra to be shipped with DHL COURIER, and I’ve received the wrong colour for the dress and the way of shipping was not DHL, was UPS which is waaay much less money.
I opened a dispute for this case and the final solution for this is to make a return and refund!
How am I supposed to make return??? No courier take my order with the payment at seller. They all said to me to pay now and the ship to china!
I am not going to pay another money!!! I already payed twice!! 1 for the WRONG DRESS, 2 for the SHIPPING DHL which was UPS actually.
So please, can I get some good agent to help me with this issue???
Suggested solution:
They want me to pay another time the transport fees and return the wrong order that I've received.
I talked to the couriers from my country and none of them make shipping with the payment at sellers. And the cost of transport fees are huge. And I've already payed for DHL shipping and received with another courier which the pay less, and payed for the WRONG dress.
