Complaint: Aliexpress accuses me having too much disputes – it’s only three in 7 years!

My complaint:


I ordered a T-shirt (US $ 12.68 worth), the shipping company failed to deliver it, so they sent it back to the seller. I opened a dispute to ask for a refund, and you wrote this:

Having checked all of your trading records and your ID, we found that you have opened a great number of similar disputes for refund. Besides, AliExpress Trade Security Department has terminated your account because of continued violation of the Buyer Protection Program rules. In this scenario, your dispute is not supported.

I am deeply outraged by this LIE. I checked my previous disputes (you should do it too), and I found that I only have opened 2 disputes EVER. One in 2014 ($5.94 worth) and one in 2015 (US $4.49). Tell me, what do you mean by great number of similar disputes?? I am really disappointed and angry right now, because I liked the shopping experience at Aliexpress, but now you accused me of something I did not commit! Please explain me, how did I violate any rules of yours? Please explain me, how THREE DISPUTES in 7 years is a great number of disputes?? And then please explain me, why should I ever shop again at Aliexpress.
