AliExpress complaint: seller sent few items out of purchased kit. now disputed with aliexpress resolutiom beneficial to seller as always

My complaint:

This is to bring you in notice that i purchased (motherboard, cpu ram, 12 risers, cables, cpu fan) spares from aliexpress seller ‘AliExpress Camera Store’ at price 307 dollars( 1186 sar) But seller sent the item on last day of order fulfillment. I got suspicious becoz second time this was happening to me. After i received the item, i had to pay (150 sar custom) plus 35 sar shipping on already free shipping item(ali direct shipping to ksa). So it costed me 118615035 sar.
But i received only motherboard, ram, and cpu only. Rest of the item is missing.
So i paid shipping on free shipping item and custom duty on the products which was not even completely sent by the seller. The product sent weighs 600grams, and invoice value of 267 dollars.

Now aliexpress is resoluting blindly by providing a solution of 123 dollars refund.

So here is the calculation
307 dollars which include shipping and vat
I paid 10 dollar shipping.
40 dollars custom.
Item cost 307 dollar
Item received only motherboard, cpu, ram.
I paid for motherboard, cpu, ram, cpu fan, risers, cables.
I already paid extra custom, shipping on free shipping.
So what kind of calculation or maths is applied to give me a refund of 123 dollars.
Please explain the maths which i have learnt wrongly since childhood. I want to learn this maths in which customers is always a loser.

Now they will ask for send the item back to the seller.
Then a video will be uploaded by the seller stating that a wrong item is sent to him by me and even that stuff is non functional.
Now aliexpress will immediately become concerned about the losses of the seller which is right now opposite to their concern for a buyer, which they should be but and they will then release the money to the seller.

So at the end
I paid 1186 sar
150 custom
35 shipping
Shipping back to seller 200 sar

So i paid for something which i didnt purchased but paid the sum of 1571 sar for the thing which i dont even have.
This is called as business.

Please explain the situation aliexpress and people those who got rigged with such scam please. Comment so that aliexpress and all should know what is happening here. Last time they got me rigged with 300 dollars in the same way.

Now they r providing a resolution stating that i have to prove
1 Picture to show that the package was damaged.

But i already uploaded a video of unboxing of the parcel which i think they missed to watch becoz its not necessary for them. Instead they blindly asked for picture of package as a proof. Amazing brains. I will upload here as well
But who cares its about rigging the buyer.
Its my last order now. I am done with aliexpress.

2 they told me that they need a proof, that i have paid extra custom. See amazing low iq brains are given position to handle disputes. They cant even understand the nature of problem that is why a silly wiestion is being put up. I already proved them that its seller mistake that he sent less products than required but put invoice price similar to the purchase price. Picture of invoice already uploaded. But they need proof. See they dont have brains to understand this problem in realtime that what is happening here in my case.

Cost written on package 267 dollar,
Product present in the parcel are less than they should be. Video already uploaded.
I paid custom duty of 40 dollars.
10 dollars of shipping on alidirect shipping which they r not concerned of and didnt even considered to apologise but instead they make buyer feels like they r the criminal amd seller is a god.

Instead of asking proofs from seller about the what he has sent, that he should upload invoice, parcel picture, postal slip data. They are asking us about the whereabouts to the buyer.
See i told u its a rigged platform for seller bias already present within the system.
How can you be fare when don’t understand the nature of problem.

Suggested solution:

I need the remaining stuff which should be send by the seller for which should be free of shipping cost and customs. Becoz i have already paid extra shipping and already paid custom for that products which i hvnt received.

Learn to have a basic sense of maths at the first place. Learn to calculate.
Learn basic economical equations of profit, loss, sell price, buy price, cost price, shipping costs, meaning of terms of aliexpress, concerns of buyers, baisc iq testing to knkw whether they understand the situation in realtime. To get away from blind ideological biased profile of working.
Proper education training and quality checks of dispute resolver in real scenarios of their tangible life experience. Proper training to know the situation arising rather than becoming a blind robotic judge.
Understanding the problem and providing a legit platform rather than obscuring information in segregated distorted formulation of customer service. For example i can write here as much as i can to make things understood in a clear and legit way.
Ali platform on the other hand takes an exam during dispute not allowed to have more than 500 words.
Bang internet is useless thing, i came to know today. I was thinking that internet is like a sea but its not....its shallow, not more than 500 words.

Redefining the platform of ali dispute is really a concern, nature of dispute opening reasons are decade old now. Please get rid of it. You r not a school going kids who dont understand how a customer service platform should be like. Not less than 500 words. Low resolution image uploads. Are you really that poor. I mean seriously. 12 years i hv been buying from aliexpress, i hvnt seen such rude behaviour and poor understanding of dispute resolver since past 2 years that i am facing. I
Means even after 12 years they did understood marketing, business, profit but till now no understanding developed for customer service. Not even a single change.

Why dont you stop suggesting or recommending products on the app that what we need. You might get some space and speed out of your server or computer that can be given for customer service requirements.
Seller name is AliExpress Camera Store.
And he has no regret for the things he is doing. I hope perhaps further he should not regret when this will come to him as well. If some dont understond this then please guyz you need to study, study so hard that u understand that anything u put into this world becomes a reality which then take over many people which and creates money oriented mind rather than trustful human orientated mind which is then practised by many in the upcoming time and oneday it comes back to you as well. Congrats you loose.
