My complaint:
I had ordered two radmi phones but was sent two inferior older phones..I have sent numerous messages to Ali express and to the seller along with evidences…AliExpress did tell me not to worry that I would get a refund, I have not, they continually give the runaround with no resolution..the seller provides nothing save emails to me in Chinese which are of no help
Suggested solution:
They can either send the correct phones or a refund
