My complaint:
Some items have a Surprise AliExpress Coupon for 3€ . When you click on it, it shows the word added; but the price at checkout doesn’t reflect the coupon discount (see image attached).
I opened a dispute but they didn’t even read it; they sent it to the seller, as if it were about a seller’s coupon, and the seller didn’t agree with it. The dispute was then escalated and arbitration decided I didn’t have the right to any refund. It’s as if their own coupon is not their responsibility.
Suggested solution:
Since this has happened twice, on two separate items, they owe me 6€. They should refund me that amount.
They should also have customer service people, and not just a useless robot. And they absolutely should stop having coupons that are just bait.
