My complaint:
Placed order with seller. Seller delayed shipping. Shipping from Spain to Netherlands. Seller gave various excuses. Gave ultimatum at 5th day and cancelled order. Seller didnt honor cancelling order and shipped. Raised dispute. Still refused to refund
