My complaint:
2.30-3pm
I had paid for my shopping coming out the store and suddenly had a nasty slip I don’t know how I managed to stop myself from falling but I do remember holding onto the trolley very hard
I yelled where is the sign and it was under the window – under the window where no one would have noticed the spilt cream was from checkout 4 to the window
I have hurt my arm and will be going to my gp for treatment and scans
I expect a call from someone from your complaints department asap
Pure negligence on your staffs behalf as checkout 3 4 should have been closed!!!! I wasn’t even asked by staff if I was ok or a simple apology
Suggested solution:
Paying for any doctors bills I receive and scans/X-rays
