My complaint:
My complaint is with the gallon jugs of milk. Have trouble getting the cap off and also the pull up tab. Had to use pliers each time. Sometimes when I use the pliers for the tabs it tears if half or in pieces.. I don’t like the shape of the bottle either as there is no room to get your hands around that cap
Suggested solution:
Go back to the bottles you used to have. I had no trouble getting those caps off
