My complaint:
This is the second packet of Harvest Morn red fruit Benefit I’ve purchased from this store in 7 days . I love the taste and it’s good value compared to similar brands of the same weight .But I’m disgusted to find only two thirds of the packet inside the box can be described as edible . The remaining third being only what looks like grain dust swept from the floor.
This is a total rip off in edible contents for price weight ratio .
Suggested solution:
I understand a cereal can breakdown into crumbs but this is ridiculous. Why don't the manufactures sieve the mixture to remove the unattractive and inedible waste .
If on my next purchase of this product I find it's the same , I shall stop buying it and source another brand , probably from a different supermarket altogether .
