My complaint:
I was leaving the Aldi store in Shettlestone at 11.45 am on 010422 when a car pulled out in front off me to drop someone off, as the car very nearly hit my car I tooted the my horn to let the driver know what had nearly happened to which he ly flipped his finger at myself and my wife and told us to f–k off.
I got out of my car to ask why he had done this and he got out of his car a dark blue Vauxhall Corsa continued to bump his chest against mine then bumped his forehead to mine mean while continuingly telling me to f–k off at least 20 times or more these where the only words he issued.
I kept telling him he was in the wrong and he very aggressively kept telling me to f–k off in full view of at least 20 shoppers outside your store.
Then his passenger got out told me to go away as this was her place off work, not a word to her partner about being abusive to an Aldi customer.
I then got into my car and the Aldi store worker proceeded to kiss her partner goodbye as if this was an normal occurrence for them.
Myself and my wife were left very shaken by this incident and feel very threatened by your store workers partner.
We are loyal Aldi shoppers at least 3 times a week and my wife now does not want to go back to your store.
Suggested solution:
I think this can be resolved by informing Aldi representatives not to let their partners drop them off for work in a place they should not be parking right outside the front door on a crossing, and also inform their abusive partners that she is the face of Aldi and it does not look good when her partner is being violently abusive to customers.
The Aldi worker was about 5 ft. 8. inches tall with blonde tied back hair and wearing glasses and getting dropped off at 11.45 am.
