My complaint:
Invoice 5330 477073003012 Date: 5202022 10:11 am
I purchased 5 items today and was asked in a rude, condescending manner to bag these items in the bagging area vs. at the register so the cashier could take the next customer. The next customer had 1 item which had not been placed on the belt so this seemed a ridiculous request. I shop at this store regularly and have never heard anyone asked to do this. I asked to speak to a manager and the cashier identified herself as the manager, Jelene.
Suggested solution:
I would to have follow up from Corporate and would like the poor customer service manner addressed with the Manager.
This sounds familiar. I’ve had similar rude experiences at my local Aldi. The other day this happened and I had a negative experience today also.
