My complaint:
I purchased with miles a SEA-SLC for Michael Burghard HDVUTY Sunday June 27.
Michael was to arrive in SLC 2000hrs-2100hrs. Michael had transportation for the 1 hr50 miles to his home in Heber City.
The flight due to mechanical problems was delayed and an arrival time of 0135 AM!!
Michael did not have transportation at 0135!
I inquired re transportation available for $160 to Heber City arriving approx 0300!
I purchased a reasonable Hotel at Quality Inn Airport reservation no. 29659971 for $117.
Michael missed a day of work.
I believe reimbursement for the hotel room is reasonable compensation. I believe arriving at 0135 and finding transportation 1 hr away is not reasonable.
I am requesting a credit to my credit card please.
