My complaint:
We had important meetings set up that were out of town. So we had made the flight that fit the time frame.
The trip has more than a flight schedule booked, a car, a hotel, and taking off work.
This was not the first time Alaska canceled the flight or changed the time frame for us.
On this July 9th, the 6 am flight we had and now haveing to book with another airline cost us hundreds of dollars more. To make our appointment, we had to fly with American Airlines. Now we have to figure out how they operate. It causes us more work and time to handle our flights.
We are not happy with Alaska Airlines.
Suggested solution:
Alaska Airlines should be accountable for the additional cost is put on us, and at the least provide credit with Alaska for the difference.
It is not easy to change schedules. It is time-consuming and stressful.
