My complaint:
I have been trying to cancel this reservation since within 24 hours after I made it. Due to my husband’s incapacity I have had to cancel my trip. I have been sitting in ques and leaving my call back number and this is the first day I have been connected to a live person within your organization due to heavy volume! She told me it is too late to get my money refunded!
Suggested solution:
Refund the price of my ticket to my credit card.
