My complaint:
I have not been able to send or recieve sms for about 2 weeks now. i sent an email to Postpaidexperience@ng.airtel.com. They told me it would be resolved in 2 hrs. i have also called 111 severally but the situation persists. my further mails to the above email address are unresponded to and am wondering what kind of service this is.
I need to get this resolved as you cant imagine the ways through which this is affecting me.
